The tribal of Sundargarh are blessed with talents and on addition they are hardworking. Residing in a tribal belt with maximum members of ASPIRE TO INSPIRE FAMILY being tribal, we noticed that we lack in a few qualities like in self-confidence and self-awareness. It becomes a barrier to the overall development of tribal, because of which tribal is still counted among the backward classes of India. To tackle this problem ASPIRE TO INSPIRE FAMILY started an initiative "MY VILLAGE PROJECT". It is organised once a year either in the month of October or November. It’s a two day programme. We have sessions, games, workouts, movies on the first day. On the second day we go for sight-seeing. During the sessions and workouts we help the people (especially youth) to discover their talents, strengths and weakness, and guide them to work on it. This is how we help them to increase their self-confidence. In the year 2011, we went to Kesramal the native place of Ashish Franklin Tirkey and in 2012 we went to Jampali, Rajgangpur, to Mrs Pushpika Aind's place.
